RP-2703
is a media converter that transmits signals
between Ethernet 10Base-T UTP medium and
Thin Ethernet Coaxial medium. Collision
data are transmited to ensure 100% collision
detection in the combination of network
segments or devices. RP-2703 is an ideal
solution that provides connection from 10Base-T
to Thin-Net backbone, where BNC port is
not available on the existing 10Base-T concentrator.
It provides a plug-and-play solution at
very low cost.
In a match-box similar size, RP-2703 can
be easily installed in the environment with
limited space. Four diagnostic LED indicators
provide clear and quick diagnosis if any
network problem is encountered. RP-2703
comes with an external AC power adapter.
