is a brilliant design of 8 port web smart
Gigabit PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch,
it has versatile features, not only with advanced
Ethernet functions but also with unique PoE
function to fit network requirement of the
variety applications. The device supports
many new and advanced Ethernet functions such
as, DHCP, Tag-VLAN, Trunking, RSTP and IGM...etc.
Besides, in order to prevent switch being
intruded by unauthorized user, the re-locatable
HTTP port number is also supported.
As to PoE function, the device supports
5 different classes of PD (Powered Device),
over current protection and most uniquely,
a 3 digit 7-segment LED display showing
balanced power of whole system and individual
PoE port/load status, these unique but important
function greatly reduce the effort of installation
task, and hence increase system performance
and reliability because it provides the
conveniences and security when a new PD
is coming to be added, user can check from
the display panel to decide whether and
which class of PD can be loaded or not,
user can also see warning message if an
over-current PD is trying to operate, reversely,
once the PD is removed, the balanced power
will be shown and increased to correct values
on the panel.
